Is there a Federal Crime Here?
Thinking about the actions of CBS, it's sources, and the potential involvemenet of the Kerry campaign, I have been wondering, without much deep thought of expenditure of time, if we have a violation of federal law
involving falsification of federal documents?
If there has been a crime, are we going to dismiss it because it was birtherd during a campaign, as has occured in the past? We cant allow the use of a lie founded on
fasified documents to be treated as fact.
